Delivery

We ship all over the world!

Each delivery takes place in 3 stages: 

  1. We prepare your order within 24 hours (this period may be extended in the event of high demand).

  2. Once prepared, your order is sent by La Poste within 2 to 3 working days in France and in the main European cities (indicative deadline provided by La Poste). Count up to a week for other destinations.

  3. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns

You can make a return (only for non-personalized jewelry) by respecting these conditions:

  • Return costs are your responsibility.
  • The return must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service by email.
  • Jewels must be intact and returned in their original packaging.

We do not make any returns, exchanges or refunds for personalized jewelry except in the case of a damaged order. at the delivery.

Once your order has been delivered, you have 3 days to report a damaged order to our customer service via the following address: contact@topo-paris.com (please attach a photo to your email).

After this period, any complaint will be refused.
